Crucial Points to Take Note Of:
-
Payment Policy: Only upon full payment will your booth slot be confirmed. We also practice a strictly no refunds policy. In any case, we are able to extend a credit note where your fee paid may be used in a different event.
-
Packing Up:
-
Furniture & Space: We provide a 1m table + 1 chair (or equivalent space). If you need more space, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we don’t have extra furniture to loan, please bring your own.
-
Chillers: We don’t have chillers on-site. If needed, please bring your own chiller boxes. We do have a cooler fan on site
-
Refunds & Absences: We don’t offer refunds. If you are unable to attend the market for any reason, please find a replacement to assist you.
-
Footfall & Marketing: We don’t guarantee attendee numbers and footfall, as this largely depends on the collective marketing efforts of the vendors. While we do our own marketing, the attendance also depends on the vendors who are there, so we encourage you to invite and tap into your network.
-
Layout: We don’t release a layout plan in advance. Crane will plan the layout based on the flow and types of vendors to ensure the best experience possible.
-
Community Support: Crane markets are designed to support small business owners who don’t have their own retail space and need extra exposure. We charge a fee to cover the costs of organizing the event. However, brands must also contribute to marketing and use this as a chance to engage with their customers—don’t just rely on walk-by traffic, as it’s not targeted enough.
-
No Drama Policy: Crane has a no-drama policy. We don’t tolerate vendors who create drama or complain excessively. If this is the case, we may not invite these vendors back, as markets are about fostering positive vibes and good spirits.
-
Sales Tips: Sales tend to be best when vendors are cheerful, optimistic, and approachable. We highly encourage vendors and/or sales reps to bring their smiles and friendly disposition!
