Refund policy

If you are looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help!

However, please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact us at hello@crane-living.com
  • If your return is accepted, please drop off your item(s) at one of our outlets
  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected the item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you will be refunded for Store Credit which comes with a three-month validity period and tagged to your account
  • Kindly note that we do not process cash refunds for such returns

**Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Store Credits

  • Our Operations team will process the Store Credits within 7 working days
  • The amount credited to you will always be in SGD
  • Store Credits are non-refundable
  • Store Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Any balance credit amount that is not utilized/expired will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift Cards.
