Are your wares dishwasher safe?
Generally, all ceramics and glassware are dishwasher safe. If there is gold/silver trim or if there are printed patterns, then we generally recommend handwashing, and not scrubbing on the gold/silver/printed parts to avoid scratching them.
Are your wares microwave safe?
Yes, most of the glass and ceramic wares are microwave-friendly. However, if your items have a gold/silver/metallic trim or contents, then do not use microwave.
Why do some of the same products differ in size and colour?
Some collections and products are handmade, so each piece is unique and imperfections are to be expected.

There is a minimum order amount of $200.

I just received an item but it is damaged/missing/wrong, what should I do?
We always do our best to QC our products before they leave the warehouse so that you are happy with your order. However, accidents can sometimes occur during the packing and delivery process. Simply drop us an email at email@example.com with pictures of your damaged/missing/wrong items and we will try our best to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

We try to use donated/second-hand bags and bubble wraps as much as we can. We also try to give second-life to items that are damaged (we have a pay-as-you wish counter for lightly damaged items, we repurpose and upcycle things, we give away).
