Market Details

What to Bring

• Tablecloth for your table
• Extension cord (if you require access to a power outlet)
• Your own chiller box if you are selling perishables — we do not have on-site chillers

Furniture & Space

A table and 2 chairs are provided for all vendors. Vendors are not required to bring their own furniture.

Need more space? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Apparel vendors should inform us in advance if you plan to bring clothing racks.

Booking & Payment

• Booth slots are only confirmed upon full payment.
• Discount codes are not applicable to booth rental payments. Vendors who check out with a discount code will be required to top up the difference before their booking is confirmed.
• Market package credits are non-transferable and non-interchangeable between brands. Each vendor or brand must pay for their own booth or purchase their own package. Credits may not be shared, split, or used across multiple brands under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We practise a strictly no-refund policy.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before a booked session are non-refundable and not eligible for credit changes.
• If you are unable to attend, please arrange a replacement to cover your booth. We are unable to provide refunds or reschedules for absences.

WhatsApp Group & Communications

All confirmed vendors will be added to a WhatsApp group chat approximately one week before the event. This group will be used to share setup instructions, logistics, and important event updates. When checking out, please include your preferred WhatsApp contact number.

Important Operational Notes

Potential Teardown: The market space at 432 Joo Chiat doubles as an event venue. If an event is scheduled after 6pm, vendors will be required to pack up promptly by closing time.

Potential Overlap: We strive to avoid direct vendor conflicts by category, but some overlap may occur. If you have concerns, please reach out to us before booking.

Liability: All vendors are solely responsible for their own display area. Crane Living and the venue will not be held liable for loss or damage due to theft, misplaced goods, or other circumstances. Please ensure your booth is manned at all times.

Layout: The booth layout is planned by Crane to optimise flow and vendor mix. Layouts are not shared in advance. Your booth will be labelled with your brand name on the morning of setup.

Marketing & Footfall

We do not guarantee specific attendee numbers — footfall is a shared responsibility. While Crane does its own marketing, we strongly encourage all vendors to:

• Promote the event through your own channels (Instagram, email, etc.)
• Invite your existing customers and network
• Treat the market as an active sales and engagement opportunity, not just a passive pop-up

Walk-by traffic alone is not targeted enough. The vendors who do best are those who drive their own crowd.

Community Guidelines

No Drama Policy: Crane markets are built on good vibes and community spirit. We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive complaints or vendor drama. Vendors who create a negative environment may not be invited back.

Sales Tips: The best-performing vendors show up cheerful, approachable, and ready to engage. Bring your energy — it genuinely makes a difference.
