Our From Farms With Love White Pepper is actually the small corn inside red peppercorn, ripen before being picked. They are soaked and rubbed free of the outer skin, then dried and bleached by the sun. White pepper has an aroma that’s hot and creamy. White pepper imparts a certain ‘Umami’ character to even the simplest of dishes and works particularly well with fish, shellfish, white meats, and in soups.

Our white peppercorn also has medicinal benefits to boost the capacity of gastric for digesting food, acts as a natural antioxidant, aids in teeth, bone and skin health, and increases metabolism for weight management. Each tin contains two individually vacuumed 30g bags ensuring the freshest at each refill.

Dried by infrared radiation, our From Farms With Love peppercorn not only have lower levels of environmental pollutants compared to sun dried methods, the peppercorn also retains higher levels of nutritional value in every single peppercorn. Our peppercorn can be kept for 36 months in our airtight containers in cool dry places.
